Holiday in West Sumatra
Before i tell you what I do in West Sumatra, I want tell you, I've been everywhere,namely Medan, North Sumatra, precisely in Binjai, that is my hometown, Padang, West Sumatra, Bandung, Bogor, Puncak oh really bored at three places, the DIY (Special Capital Region of Yogyakarta), Semarang, the last is Jakarta, the current place I live. Oke I will story about my holiday in West Sumatra, that before, I will mention one by one places that I visited when I was in Padang. The first, I and my family was going in Tiram Beach, next Cermin Beach, Air Manis Beach or Sweet Water Beach, Jam Gadang or Paris Van Java Sumatra, Lembah Anai or Anai Valley, Danau Maninjau or Maninjau Lake and etc. I and my family was going in the Tiram Beach for fill the our bellies. The scenery in Tiram Beach it’s really beautiful. The food that we eat its really delicious.
That all was our making back fresh again, in fact before we arrived in the Tiram Beach, the our body its really tired. We don’t forget for take picture that the Tiram Beach. After feel full, we immediately went on our trip. I looked left and right and that looks is Sea, its really wonderful. Make my eyes no stopped for the wink. Padang Pariaman indeed famous with the Sea. Mostly the society work in the Sea, haul the fish in the Sea.
The second, my family and I arrived at my father's house, located on the Sungai Limau, Pariaman. Why is this place called the Sungai Limau, because along the way there was only water, and the Limau, in the same place there is a lot of fruit Limau or limes. When we got home my father, we were resting our bodies are already getting tired. The next day we went to my mother's hometown. Approximately 1 hour we had arrived at her uncle's house. We were allowed to eat that has been provided to us. After finished was eating, we were invited to look around the family's rice fields have. Shortly after that we went on a trip my mother's house, about 20 minutes we arrived at the village of her birth. It is no thought previously, the house that previously my mother’s habitable, now had been razed to the ground. Make my mother and I sad, it all happened because of the earthquake that occurred a few years ago.
The third, oke I will story about Air Manis Beach or Sweet Water Beach. The Air Manis Beach is Malin Kundang’s Village.You know Malin Kundang, yes Malin Kundang is folktale from West Sumatra. This folktale its really real. My family and I visited at the Air Manis Beach and
get shocked looks the Malin Kundang become stone because was condemned by his mother. All that we see in the sweet water beach or Air Manis Beach is real, everything is turned into stone. Another Malin Kundang stone, we enjoy the scenery in this beach, Sea on this beach are still blue. We also don’t forget to take picture with Malin Kundang stone, and the scenery in the Beach. Don’t worry if you want take picture and you don’t have or your camera was lowbet, The beach is provide pictures along the stone Malin Kundang, the price offered is also not expensive. The results are also good will not disappoint. Beside that, This beach also sell a range of clothes and other souvenirs to take home.
The last is Jam Gadang or Paris Van Sumatra. Shall visit that you must visit if you come to the city of Padang. Yes that is Jam Gadang. The located in Bukittinggi. And don’t forget to stop by the restaurant which is located in front of the Jam Gadang, because if you really lose to the Jam Gadang but could not stop at the restaurant, in addition to tasty, very low cost, which is certainly not cheap. Dont forget take picture in front of Jam Gadang. and you must be smart if you want buy the souvenirs, because in the Jam Gadang its very much sell the souvenirs. There
